Pyrolysis production lines (rubber recycling)
Alexandria Engineering Industries designs and manufactures advanced, environmentally compliant pyrolysis production lines for the thermal recycling of end-of-life tires and waste rubber into valuable outputs:
- Pyrolysis oil (fuel-grade or chemical feedstock)
- Recovered carbon black (rCB)
- Steel wire (from tire bead and belts)
- Syngas (used to fuel the process)
Feedstock Compatibility
- Whole or shredded passenger & truck tires
- Industrial rubber waste (conveyor belts, hoses, seals)
- Mixed rubber scrap (min. 80% rubber content recommended)
Key Features
✅ Energy Self-Sufficient: Syngas reuse reduces/eliminates external fuel
✅ Low Emissions: Meets EU Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) and EPA standards
✅ Automation: PLC control with temperature, pressure, and gas flow monitoring
✅ Scalable Capacity:
- Batch: 5–10 tons/day
- Semi-continuous: 10–30 tons/day
- Fully continuous: 30–100+ tons/day
✅ Robust Design: Built for 20,000+ operating hours with minimal downtime
✅ Modular & Mobile: Skid-mounted or containerized options available
